USNAP Alliance membership consists of three classes:

• Contributor Membership consists of manufacturers, suppliers and other companies interested in producing compliant products based on the standard. Contributor Members participate in the development and promotion of the standard through committees and work groups.
• Influencer Membership consists of non-manufacturers such as utilities, regulators, consultants and academics interested in obtaining standard proposals and use of logos for marketing purposes.

• Liaison Membership is available for those organizations whose purpose and mission is compatible with and complimentary to those of the USNAP Alliance.
